Platform Use

GoPosts.AI is an AI social media manager for businesses. The platform reads a business's public website, generates on-brand post copy, images, and optional short videos, and schedules or publishes them to social accounts the customer has connected. Currently supported platform: Instagram.

Responsible Use

GoPosts.AI is intended for lawful business use only. Users may not:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or social platform policy
  • Infringe intellectual property or other third-party rights
  • Publish misleading, harmful, or deceptive content
  • Impersonate individuals or businesses
  • Connect a social account they are not authorized to manage
  • Use another person's likeness or voice without permission

Enforcement

We review reports of misuse and may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate our Terms. Action may be taken without prior notice where necessary to comply with legal obligations or prevent harm.

User Responsibility

Content is generated from information the user provides and is published under the user's own social accounts. Users are responsible for reviewing generated content and for everything published to their accounts, including on plans where publishing is automatic.

Eligibility

GoPosts.AI is available to users aged 18 and older. By using the platform you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are authorized to act for the business whose accounts you connect
  • You are in a jurisdiction where use of the service is permitted

We do not knowingly provide services to individuals in sanctioned jurisdictions.

Billing and Digital Delivery

All purchases are digital subscriptions.

  • Access is activated immediately after successful payment
  • Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from Settings
