Trust & Safety at GoPosts.AI

Last updated: September 4, 2026

GoPosts.AI generates social media posts for a business and publishes them to that business's own connected social accounts. This page describes the safeguards we actually operate today. We would rather publish a short, accurate page than a long one that overstates what we do. When we add a safeguard, we update this page.

What the product does

  • You give us your website URL and a few answers about your business. We read your public pages to learn your brand, offers, and visual style.
  • We generate post copy, carousel images, and optional short videos using third-party AI models. Nothing is generated from other customers' data.
  • You connect your own social account (currently Instagram) through our publishing partner, Zernio. We publish only to accounts you connected, only under the plan and schedule you chose.
  • On the Autopilot plan, posts are generated and published on a schedule without a manual approval step. You can pause, edit, or disconnect at any time from Settings.

What we don't allow

You may not use GoPosts.AI to create or publish:

  • Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's intellectual property.
  • Content that impersonates a person or business, or misrepresents who is speaking.
  • Deceptive claims, including false health, financial, or earnings claims.
  • Sexual content, graphic violence, or content that harasses or targets individuals.
  • Talking-head videos of a real person without that person's permission.
  • Anything that violates the terms of the social platform you publish to.

Violations can result in content removal, suspension, or termination under our Terms.

Safeguards in place today

  1. Model-side safety filters. The AI providers we use apply their own content safety systems to prompts and outputs. We do not disable them or offer unrestricted modes.
  2. You own the account. We never publish to an account you have not connected yourself through the platform's official authorization flow. Disconnecting revokes our access immediately.
  3. Likeness consent at upload. When you upload a video of a person for AI avatar videos, you must confirm that it is you or that you have that person's permission. We record that confirmation with a timestamp.
  4. Age and terms at signup. Every account holder confirms they are at least 18 and agrees to our Terms.
  5. Manual review of reports. Reports of misuse are reviewed by a person. We remove content and close accounts that break the rules above.

What we do not do

  • We do not train AI models on your uploads or your generated posts.
  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not currently run our own automated image screening or hash matching on uploads. Uploads are your business logo and, optionally, a video of yourself. If we add automated screening, we will say so here.
  • We do not publish anywhere except the accounts you connected.

Reporting

Anyone can report content they believe violates these rules, including a video that uses your likeness without permission. Email abuse@goposts.ai with a link to the content. We aim to respond within two business days and remove confirmed violations promptly.

For copyright notices under the DMCA, email legal@goposts.ai and include the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3).

Cooperation with authorities

We comply with valid legal process and applicable reporting obligations, including reporting apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as required by U.S. law.
