Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of goposts.ai and the related services (the "Service") operated by Pinewood Labs1, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Fulfillment Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

GoPosts.AI is an AI social media manager for businesses. The Service:

  • Reads the public website you provide to build a brand profile (name, offers, colors, logo, tone).
  • Generates social media content, including post copy, carousel images, and optional short videos, using third-party AI models.
  • Lets you connect social media accounts you control and schedules or publishes generated content to those accounts.
  • On plans with automatic publishing ("Autopilot"), generates and publishes content on a schedule without a manual approval step.

We may add, change, or remove features and supported platforms at any time. Supported platforms are listed on the website.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Connected Social Accounts and Authorization to Publish

When you connect a social account, you authorize the Company and its publishing provider to access that account and to create, schedule, and publish content to it on your behalf under the settings you choose. You represent that you own or are authorized to manage every account you connect.

  • Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies (for example Meta's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines for Instagram). You are responsible for complying with them.
  • You may disconnect an account at any time from Settings. Disconnecting revokes our access; content already published remains on the platform under your control.
  • Platforms may change or restrict their APIs. We are not responsible for platform outages, rate limits, or policy changes that affect publishing.

5. Automatic Publishing

If you enable automatic publishing, you accept that content will be published to your connected accounts without a manual approval step. You remain responsible for everything published to your accounts. You can review upcoming posts in your calendar and pause, edit, or delete them before they publish, and you can disable automatic publishing at any time.

6. Your Content and Generated Content

6.1 Your inputs

You retain ownership of the materials you provide (website content, logos, uploaded media, answers, and brand details). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them solely to operate and improve the Service for you, including sending them to our AI and publishing providers. We do not use your inputs to train AI models.

6.2 Generated content

Subject to these Terms, you may use content generated for you through the Service for any lawful purpose, including commercially. We do not claim ownership of it. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is probabilistic, may be similar to content generated for others, may not be eligible for copyright protection, and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it, and for any claims it makes about your business, products, or pricing.

6.3 Likeness and voice

If you upload a video or select a voice for AI avatar videos, you confirm that the person depicted is you or has given you permission, and that you have the right to use any voice you select.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property and privacy rights
  • Publish false, misleading, or deceptive claims, or content that violates advertising rules
  • Impersonate any person or business, or connect accounts you are not authorized to manage
  • Create sexual, violent, harassing, hateful, or otherwise harmful content
  • Depict a real person without their permission
  • Circumvent platform policies, safety systems, or usage limits, or resell the Service
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Service

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. See Trust & Safety.

8. Subscriptions and Payment

  • The Service is sold as a monthly subscription. Plans and current prices are on the pricing page.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method each period.
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice. Changes apply from your next renewal after notice.
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes.

9. Refunds

Your first subscription payment is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Renewal payments are not refundable. Full details, which control in case of conflict with this section, are in our Fulfillment Policies.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, AI generation, publishing, payments, and email. Their availability and output are outside our control. The providers we use are listed in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, templates, and trademarks, is owned by the Company or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that generated content will be accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose, or that publishing will achieve any particular reach, engagement, or business result.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, including content published to your accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify the Company against claims, damages, and expenses arising from content you provide or publish through the Service, accounts you connect, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings, which deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections 6, 11, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and where appropriate notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
